A few Digi Pages…

I am still trying to get the hang of Digital Scrapbooking… Here are a few pages I made over the last couple of days with the Creative Memories Storybook program. Most of the elements I used are not Creative Memories. I gathered tons of freebies online! The nice thing about this program, is you can incorporate other elements from outside sources, and add them to it.

The first two pages are from the scrapbook retreat I did in April, and the other one is just my daughter playing outside on one of the first nice days we had earlier this month…

Pastel Portrait of my Kids

I have seen this incredible artist at several craft shows and I finally broke down and had her do a portrait of my son and daughter. I will never actually have a photo of both my kids together, so I am so happy to have this beautiful work of art!! To see more of her work, go here: www.annejonesportraits.com

“Sparkle Hugs!”

On Wednesday evening, my daughter and I spent some quality time making these cute little “Sparkle Hugs” thingys.

They came in a kit that I bought her for her birthday. She loves to do crafty things and this was a great project for us to do together. What a fun bonding time we had!

I am so grateful for moments like these!

Haunted Steam Engine Ride!

On Sunday afternoon we went to the Hesston Steam Museum to ride on a “Haunted Steam Engine”. It was FREEZING out, but boy, did we have FUN! They had the best HOT Apple Cider too! I can’t wait to scrap these pictures!!

This was DEFINATELY a day to be grateful for!

My little sweetie was TUCKERED OUT after a long day!

A few Scrapbook Pages….

These are a few simple pages that I did last weekend at my scrapbook retreat. I was trying to force myself to scrap differently that I normally do…..Using only one photo instead of a bunch of them all crammed on a page…..

Pumpkin Patch!

I was afraid we wouldn’t make it to the pumpkin patch yesterday due to the weather, but the rain held out and we got to go! We met my sister, neice and my mom there and had fun checking out the animals and all the pumpkin stuff!

I am truly grateful for moments like these, especially when I can share them with my family!

I can’t wait to scrap these pictures with all of my new FALL goodies!!!!

Love this picture!

I took this picture last month while on an Apple Orchard¬†field trip with my daughter’s preschool. It was the first time I got to see her in her own “clique” of friends. They were inseperable all day and calling each other “sisters”. It was sooooo darn cute! I just had to share this adorable photo!

I am grateful my daughter is already experiencing the magic of FRIENDSHIP!
